Welland is a village of about 1,300 residents and centres around the crossroads between Malvern to Gloucester, and Ledbury to Upton upon Severn. It lies adjacent to the beautiful open space of Castlemorton Common. Little Malvern borders Welland to the west and is located on the lower slopes of the Malvern Hills, just below British Camp, an imposing iron age hill fort. Both Little Malvern and part of Welland are situated in the Malvern Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Welland's Wassail celebration was absolutely fantastic this year, and was enjoyed by all.
We have received notification that a planning appeal has been lodged with the Planning Inspectorate against the decision to refuse the proposed Atlas phone mast in Welland.
