Big Autumn Quiz

A popular and sociable evening that has become a fixture in the village calendar, the quiz is part of Welland’s autumn festivities and raises funds for local charities. Gather your team, enjoy some friendly competition, take a chance on the raffle, win prizes, and join us for a great night out with friends and neighbours. There will be a pay-bar available, and you are welcome to bring your own snacks.

Please do not delay in booking tickets – we need to sell a minimum number in advance in order for the Quiz to go ahead so if you wait to book, you may be disappointed!

When: Saturday 26th September 7pm (doors open 6:30pm)

Where: Welland Parish Hall

Tickets: £5 (under 12s free) from the Village Shop or via ticketsource

Teams of up to six persons – but we can match solos and pairs into teams if you’d welcome this.

Its work makes a real difference to those facing isolation, hardship or challenging circumstances.

Pursers Orchard Group: At the heart of Welland, Pursers Orchard is a much-loved community space cared for by volunteers. The group maintains the orchard for everyone to enjoy while enhancing biodiversity, preserving heritage fruit trees and creating opportunities for local people to come together. It is across the road from the shop.

Note: The event is most suitable for those aged 12+ however younger children are welcome and can attend for free but a ticket for each MUST be booked. Anyone aged 11 or under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 18+.
