Treescapes Hedgerow Planting at Blandford Close

Join us at Blandford Close green space (to the left of the entrance of Blandford Close) on Saturday the 15th of November for our hedgerow planting day, run by the Wildlife Trust’s Severn Treescape Project. We will be planting a diverse hedgerow full of blossom and berries to benefit local wildlife and improve the local open space for local residents.

Worcestershire’s Trees and Woodland Advisor will give a demonstration at the start of the session and will talk about the importance of hedgerow for wildlife in the wider countryside.

Bring a pack lunch and suitable footwear. Additionally gardening gloves and spades if you have them, although extra tools and gloves will be provided, as well as coffee/tea and biscuits.

We will meet at 10am at Blandford Close, stop for lunch at around 12:30, then finish at around 3pm.
