A proposal has been submitted for the erection of 36 dwellings (reduced from initial application for 39) in Welland on land near Kingston Close (known as 'Lawn Farm 3 development area').

Monday 16th September's parish council meeting saw the co-option of four new councillors. We are really pleased to have them on board and look forward to having them working with us.
