Update on the mobile phone mast planning application

Following the refusal by Malvern Hills District Council of the application from Atlas Tower Group for a mast in Welland, the parties involved, including our Parish Council, Worcestershire County Council and many concerned residents and businesses, have been considering responses and next steps.

The latest news is that Atlas Tower are now preparing a new planning application, this time for a reduced height mast, which they expect to submit to MHDC in the next few weeks.

Details will be published on the MHDC Planning Website in the usual way so that local residents and interested parties can comment and the process will follow the same accelerated timeline as the previous application.
